GAVIN: SIX MONTHS

Three months have flown by! Gavin has grown, but his happy personality definitely hasn't changed. Last weekend, Megan and Brian had us over for a cookout, and I was able to take some shots of Gavin. I say it all the time, but I've never seen a baby look more like his dad! I hope to take some family shots this summer, and you'll see what I mean about the resemblance. Stay tuned!

LUKE & KYLIE: THREE AND ONE

Last Saturday, I got to spend some time in the park with my step-sister's children, Luke and Kylie. We thought it would be nice to get some fun shots for their April birthdays, as they turn one and three. The weather was chilly, sunny, and windy, but Luke and Kylie were the perfect models and extremely well-behaved! I hope to take some indoor shots of them sometime soon. To be continued!

GAVIN: THREE MONTHS

One of my very best friends (and co-workers) has a little guy who was born just one week before the twins. He is adorable, and on the day I came over to take these images, he acted like a total pro for the camera. He definitely made things easy on me, and I can't wait for our next session together.

CARSON & CAYDEN: THREE MONTHS

Our nephews are growing so quickly! It's hard to believe they're now three months old, and it's hard to believe how much they've changed. Darin and Candice took a little road trip up to visit a few weeks back, and I was able to take some pictures while they were here. I can't say enough about how great they are for letting me do this. They are the best!

CARSON & CAYDEN: NEWBORN

I was blessed to shoot my very first newborn session recently with not one, but two perfect little boys, our nephews. Between feedings and fussiness, we squeezed in as many pictures as possible. I know the family was exhausted by the end of the shoot, but I hope that someday their parents can look back on these images, amazed that their boys were ever that small. I am so thankful that Darin and Candice allowed me to take the pictures and get some practice in. I will be forever grateful!

DARIN & CANDICE: MATERNITY

Last weekend, I had my very first session. The weather didn't exactly cooperate, but we made the most of it. It sprinkled, then poured on and off for about four hours. Darin and Candice never complained once, despite the fact that they were wet and covered in grass, despite the fact that I made them lay on the ground, sit in wet chairs, and jump up and down. They were up for anything, which is a true reflection of their personalities. They didn't expect twins, but they embraced it from the very start with excitement and joy, and it's easy to see what wonderful parents they'll be.

Thank you both for allowing me to take some pictures. Ryan and I had so much fun hanging out with you during the rain. We'll see you (and the boys) soon!
